How much does house washing cost?
Pricing depends on your home’s size, number of stories, and siding type. We also offer discounts for customers who schedule annual cleanings.
Will my plants or landscaping be affected?
No. Our system carefully controls the amount of cleaning solution used, applying only what’s necessary. Your plants and landscaping are protected throughout the process.
When is the best time to clean my home’s exterior?
Exterior cleaning can be done from spring through fall. Roof washing requires dry weather, and we’ll reschedule if needed. Gutter cleaning is recommended in both spring and fall to prevent clogs and water damage.
What’s included in a house wash?
Our house wash includes siding, fascia, trim, soffits, exterior gutter faces, doors, and the front porch.
Do I need to be home? What payment methods do you accept?
You do not need to be home. We only ask that windows and doors are closed during service. We accept cash, check, Venmo, PayPal, and Cash App.
